As a Project Manager, your job will be to coordinate people and processes to ensure that our projects are delivered on time and produce the desired results. You will be the go-to person for everything involving a project’s organization and timeline. Project manager’s responsibilities include developing detailed project plans, ensuring resource availability and allocation and delivering every project on time within budget and scope. Project managers should have a background in business and management skills, analysis and technology. You should be an excellent communicator and comfortable managing multiple tasks. You also need to be a team player and have a problem-solving aptitude.


  • Ensure that projects are delivered on-time, within scope and within budget

  • Develop project scopes and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility

  • Develop a detailed project plan to track progress

  • Use appropriate systems, tools and techniques to control  project performance, manage changes in project scope, schedule and costs

  • Manage relationships with the stakeholders, define roles and responsibilities

  • Develop communication plans, manage project communications

  • Perform risk management to minimize project risks

  • Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation

  • Establish and maintain relationships with third parties/vendors

  • Use and continually develop leadership skills


  • Great educational background, preferably in the fields of computer science or engineering

  • Proven 3+ years of working experience in organisational project management (finance sector as an advantage)

  • Excellent internal communication, written and verbal communication skills, presentation skills

  • Experience in business process description, optimisation, and reengineering

  • Strong analytical skills (data analysis skills as an advantage)

  • Financial Markets and trading operations understanding as an advantage

  • Project Management certification is a plus (PMP / PRINCE II)

  • Understanding of the Agile methodology (Scrum framework)

  • Strategic mindset and ability to foresee upcoming opportunities and threats

  • Fluent written and spoken English skills
