Effective Internal Communications:

  • Ensuring the individuals receive appropriate communication in right amount and right time
  • Developing and implementing internal communication and approach and strategies
  • Creating and manage communications release plan / calendar
  • Managing multi-media content such as written communications, presentations, videos, etc.
  • Facilitating all offline communications such as town halls, round tables, etc.
  • Ensuring that employees are aware of the company strategy and plans, important changes, projects and initiatives;
  • Ensuring effective communications with measurable KPIs and increasing engagement rates
  • Writing, editing and managing other corporate communications messaging as needed
  • Managing projects to ensure content is publication-ready and in by the deadline

Internal Knowledge Base:

  • Ensuring the information is shared within the organisation, updated and available to the individuals
  • Developing and managing knowledge sharing strategy
  • Managing the company's internal knowledge base
  • Managing the current knowledge management practices as well as design new knowledge distribution policies and encourage use of the new practices
  • Encouraging the staff and workers to share knowledge effectively and efficiently


  • Bachelor’s degree required (Master’s degree preferred)
  • Previous relevant experience in IT companies 
  • At least 3 years of experience in Marketing, Communications or similar field
  • Fluent Russian and English languages
  • Effective communication skills, strong writing and editing skills
  • Research and proofreading skills
  • Ability to work with a diverse clientele and executive level management
  • Excellent organisational skills and the ability to meet deadlines
  • Basic computer skills (Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel and Power Point)
  • Creative ability to devise and evolve communication strategy
  • Familiarity with digital communication technology (interactive and video communication)
